The 4 core subjects- Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics/Gynecology and Pediatrics comprise the ‘Major’ subjects. Shorter subjects such as ENT, ophthalmology, biostatistics, anatomy etc. come under minor subjects.
If you are not confident enough or, you feel that you need slow-paced study, it is advisable to reschedule your exam so that you can avail the advantages of regular course. Having said that, even if you join crash course, there are other indirect sources of learning such as question pool, online mock tests and live discussions etc. your individual doubts will also be taken care of.
